To further enhance our safetyperformance and inclusive culture we have launched two new STOPThink! modules to ensure Octavius is a safe and great place for everyone to work, where everyone feels included and cared for.
The introduction of STOPThink! My Safety Leadership and STOPThink! Equality, Diversity & Inclusion modules marks a significant step forward in our journey to create a safe, inclusive, and caring workplace for all our employees. These modules have been developed following recently introducing our approach to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) and a period of increased event. We believe these modules will allow everyone to feel empowered to challenge any safety behaviours that don’t meet our high standards and also ensure that Octavius remains a place where every individual can thrive and feel valued.
