Following the introduction of new requirements mandated by the recent Sentinel Scheme Rules in December 2024, we have revised our Sentinel Contract of Sponsorship to ensure the safety of our people.
If you hold a sentinel card please ensure that you have completed your new contract of sponsorship.
Virtual Sentinel Cards are now available. You must have a valid physical card (compliant and photo in date) to enable this, however once that is in place you can request via your personal Mysentinel account , if you have registered. You can find guidance for creating a Virtual Card here
Remember
• You must always carry your Sentinel Card (physical or virtual) while working on Managed Infrastructure.
• You must present your Sentinel Card (physical or virtual) for checking (swipe in/out) by the COSS when trackside for every shift. You may be in breach of the Sentinel Scheme rules if this is not complied with at any time.
